CAKES

MY CAKE STORY…

For me, baking is more than a recipe, it’s a ritual and experiment of creation and celebration. When I was little, I found a passion for sculpting with fondant, shaping tiny flowers, creatures, and textures fascinated by how sugar could become art. That early love for play and form has stayed with me, now transformed into a practice of crafting cakes that tell stories and bring people together to celebrate.

My process often begins outside wandering through gardens, mountains, and markets, foraging for herbs, flowers, and flavors that carry a sense of nature. I love infusing cakes with these natural elements: lavender, rosemary, citrus, and edible florals. Each cake is a small sculpture, blending nature and creativity bringing me back to my childlike self.

Cakes are my way of celebrating the beauty and sweetness of life, the quiet afternoons, play and the people we hold close. Through my work, I hope to bring art and intention into those moments, one slice at a time.

  • Madison’s cake was divine! Not only did she decorate it like a queen. Her pairing of olive oil lemon cake, matcha buttercream icing and orange cream cheese frosting cannot be beat. It’s creative and ended up being absolutely delicious. The cake made its debut and was gone within minutes. Thank you Madison!
